Precautions for operating the milling cutter of the engraving machine

If the engraving machine wants to process various types of products, it must have a tool as an auxiliary. Therefore, as one of the consumables of the CNC engraving machine, it is still necessary to understand the operation knowledge of the milling cutter of the engraving machine. Therefore, the following editor of Zhongyeda will introduce the precautions for operating the milling cutter of the engraving machine in detail.

Precautions for operating the milling cutter of the engraving machine are as follows:

1. The Chuanmu blade is designed for computer engraving machines. In principle, all tools are designed to rotate clockwise.

2. It must be connected to the actual use requirements. The machine should have good mechanical properties without jitter and jump.

3. Be sure to use the appropriate size of the collet. Those with cross-sections, not round enough, worn and tapered inner holes cannot provide sufficient clamping force. The collet must be replaced immediately, otherwise it will cause the tool handle to vibrate, fly or twist off.

4. The tool handle has good contact with the collet. The tool handle must be fully inserted into the collet and tightened firmly. When the tool handle is clamped, it is found that the handle is unevenly contacted or has grooves. This indicates that there is slippage and deformation of the inner hole of the jacket, and the jacket needs to be replaced immediately.

5. Do not continue to use the tool after it has been used for a long time. If you continue to process, the cutting torque of the tool body will increase, which will exceed the bearing capacity of the tool body, causing the tool to break or cause industrial accidents.

6. The straightness and curvature of the workpiece are too large, which will affect the service life of the tool, especially when the cutting depth is greater than the cutting thickness of the cutting edge, and high temperature will be generated when the non-cutting edge part contacts the workpiece. The steel body of the tool is deformed, causing the tool to bend and break, and even cause industrial accidents.

7. Please use appropriate eye protection during operation.

8. The body, clothes, hair, and debris should not be close to the objects at work.

The above precautions for operating the engraving machine milling cutter are shared here for everyone. I hope this article will be helpful to everyone.
