First, Preparation

Second, install the milling cutter
1, matching blade:

3, adjust the fixture:
Use parallel gauges to determine if the fixture is flush and, if necessary, adjust to ensure the fixture is level. According to the requirements of the fixture manual, adjust the fixture pressure, and pay attention to the position of the workpiece when clamping the workpiece, so that the workpiece and the fixture are perfectly combined.
Third, the operation process
1, fixed pipe:
Secure the tubes to the rack, keeping the tubes parallel. Pipe and pipe, pipe and pipe fittings must be tightened at the same time on the welding machine, and their end faces must be aligned.
2. End milling:
Use a milling cutter to mill the two end faces to be fused to ensure that the end faces after milling are smooth and smooth, and can no longer touch foreign bodies or touch with hands to avoid dirty. After milling, check the parallel situation of the surface to be welded, move to make its plane fit, the gap shall not exceed the specified value (such as 0.5mm), and the dislocation shall not exceed a certain proportion of the wall thickness (such as 10%).
3. Welding operation:
